Engagement:
Client was implementing portfolio, accounting and payroll applications utilizing internal resources. Many of the staff had little or no prior experience in implementing applications and the client identified the need for external assistance.

Deliverable:
Our role was to provide supervisory observation of the implementation and make appropriate recommendations. After reviewing the technical requirements and implementation plan for each application, we determined the scope of our involvement. Meetings were scheduled to review the status of each project, discuss impediments and decide on corrective responses.
The project proceeded on schedule with little or no difficulties. The implementation teams sought our advice periodically during the process. We offered alternatives and corrective suggestions when necessary.

Result:
The project was completed on time and within the budget. The client project teams benefited greatly from our involvement when they faced challenges and learned management skills they were able to transfer to future projects.
