During an acquisition we trained sales staff to use the bank’s client-oriented brokerage systems, with a robust client data programs and databases, including on-line client information and also a broader selection across multiple systems.
Deliverable:
Trained over 300 sales personnel with diverse levels of computer skills as well as varied product needs in over 200 branches in a wide geographic area, to be self-sufficient with the new systems. In addition to hands-on training, we developed prompt scripts to aid those with little or no computer skills.
Result:
At the conclusion of the effort, sales personnel were able to navigate proficiently through various functions and features, as well as understand the data and information available for access.
In addition, the bank’s management thought so highly of the prompt scripts developed that they added them to their operations manual.
