High performing teams are the fuel of outstanding corporate results. But these teams don't just happen they are carefully crafted, nurtured and supported to assure that they grow and develop. Secrets of team success are very different from secrets of high-performing individual success. In fact, outstanding individual performers sometimes avoid participating in teams. This program dissects what an effective work team is and how to build one. The dynamics of remote teams and virtual teams (whose members may operate physically isolated from their colleagues) will also be examined. To understand the key contributors to and the inhibitors of team success, you will participate in a team simulation activity.
