Instructor-led training was delivered to management staff of an acquired financial institution. The objective of the instruction was to educate the participants in the credit and cash management products and services of the acquiring bank. Instructors prepared for class during intensive train-the-trainer sessions with the client. Topics for instruction included: detailed credit and cash management product knowledge, system use, customer profiling, credit basics, credit regulations, and services.
Deliverable:
Instructors were deployed over a wide geographic area with an aggressive class schedule in order to reach the required training deadline for several hundred staff members. Training included lecture, hands-on experience with new systems, role playing, and extensive reinforcement of product knowledge.
Result:
Training deadline was met successfully. Participants' evaluations and feedback indicated they were comfortable in presenting the new products to their existing customer base.
